I have been working out sporadically but I am committed again.
Yesterday:

Played a game of catch with my nephews for a quick sprint

BUTT & THIGHS WORKOUT (PART 2):
- 10 “Drop it like it’s Squats” (bodyweight squats)
- 10 “Sumo Lovin’ havin’ a blast” (wide-leg plie squats)
I got this workout from a magazine and made it into a graphic! I do it all the time and it’s a real workout I am always dripping sweat afterwords!
