It has been too long! 8 months to be exact. 

I have been working out sporadically but I am committed again. 

Yesterday:

20 mins of jump rope

Played a game of catch with my nephews for a quick sprint

  • 10 “Drop it like it’s Squats” (bodyweight squats)
  • 10 “Sumo Lovin’ havin’ a blast” (wide-leg plie squats)
